Q: How Do I Save Multiple Shipping Addresses
A: Use The "My Account" Section.

After you have created an account, enter the My Account Area and you will see an option to add alternate shipping addresses below your information. Simply click on this button and add up to five different addresses. You also assign each address a nickname. ie. "mom", "friend in Calgary", etc, etc. Once you have entered this information you can simpy pick an address by its nickname the next time you are ordering a product.

Q: How Do I Send A Gift Certificate
A: Purchase it and email the supplied code to the recipient.

After you have purchased a gift certificate in the amount of your choice you will receive a Gift Certificate code on your receipt. This code needs to be sent to person who will redeem the gift certificate. You can simpy e-mail the code to the person or send it along with one of our virtual bouquets.
Tip: Highlight the code and press Ctrl + C to copy it. Swith to your email or the message of your virtual bouquet and press Ctrl + V to paste the code into your message.

Q: How Do I Redeem A Gift Certificate
A: Enter the code in the supplied field at checkout.

Add the item or items you wish to purchase to your basket and click on the checkout button. Prior to being prompted for your payment, you will see an empty field with a "Redeem Gift Certificate" button beside it. Enter the code you received here and click on the button. The amount of your gift certificate will automatically be deducted from your total.
