Help For New Visitors

Our store incorporates several features designed to make your shopping experience as pleasant and fast as possible. This tuturial will help you use the site so you can take advantage of them.

Step One - View & Add Items To Your Basket

You can view our flowers by selecting from the menu choices on the left or bottom of the screen. Each catagory displays a selection of products along with the product name, a small image, and the price.

You may order a selection immediately by by clicking on the "Add to Basket" button or view a larger image, description and any ordering options by clicking on the images or product name. You may also order the item on the screen that displays this additional information.

After adding an item to your basket, you may continue browsing through the store, add additional products to your basket or Checkout. Your online basket will save the items you've chosen for possible purchase.

Step Two - Review Items In Your Basket

To review your basket's contents, choose the "My Basket" button. You may remove or add items as you wish. You will not be charged for a product until you complete the checkout process.

Step Three - Checkout

After adding one or more floral selections to your basket you may begin the checkout process by clicking on the "Checkout" button. If you have not previously setup an account with us you will be given an option of creating an account, or placing the order without an account.

If you have an account with us, simply enter your username and password to login. This will bring up your saved billing and shipping information. (Note: Our system allows you to save up to five different shipping addresses and assign them nicknames. If you have previously entered these addresses you will be given an option of choosing a delivery address by nickname. If you would like to add additional addresses now, simply click on the "My Account" button and enter them there.)

Ensure you enter your card message, and date of delivery and click on the "Continue" button.

On the next screen you will have the option of redeeming a gift certificate, choosing your delivery destination and payment method.

To redeem a gift certificate simpy enter the code and click on the "Redeem Gift Certificate" button. If you do not have a gift certificate leave this field blank.

After you have choosen your delivery destination and payment method click the "Continue" button to enter your credit card number and expiry date.

You will receive confirmation of your order and an online receipt which you may print out. You will also receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you supplied.
